POs from your customers.

with great customers at an excellent profit margin and your sales are
increasing.
2. You issue
your POs to your Chinese suppliers.
Your
suppliers require L/Cs to provide them a payment guaranty.
3. Horizon
issues its L/C to your supplier.
Horizon knows
your supplier and issues its own L/C.
You have not used your credit lines.
4. Your
lender pays Horizon upon delivery by your supplier.
Horizon is assigned title to the goods until paid by your lender.
